In addition to general investigations, Case Managers are responsible for monitoring and forecasting cases, drive programs to increase new research opportunities, and challenge the "within the box" field thinking. Candidates must be highly enthusiastic, well-organized, and self-starters. They should have a minimum of two years of investigation experience, either individually or within another organization).
